Program terms & conditions

The short, plain-English version. These are the terms you agree to at checkout.

1. Eligibility. The Keep It Mighty Clean Program is available to residential homes that Mighty Clean Carpet Care has professionally cleaned within the previous 6 months, or purchased at the completion of a cleaning. One active program per household. If a purchase doesn’t meet eligibility, we’ll contact you to schedule a cleaning first or refund your payment in full.
2. Term. 12 months from the date of purchase. Coverage begins the day after purchase.
3. Service address and zone. The program is tied to the service address on file. Pricing zone is set by our office from that address and cannot be changed by the customer. The program is non-transferable to another address or person; a move ends the program (contact us about a new program at the new address).
4. What’s included — Standard. Two spot-cleaning visits, each covering up to 3 spot areas (approximately 30 minutes on site) on areas included in your original cleaning, scheduled within 10 business days of your request (Zone 1: 5 business days) and routed with our existing schedule. One bottle of Spot Out! spotter delivered to your door within 10 business days of purchase (mailed if no truck is due in your area).
5. What’s included — PLUS. Three spot-cleaning visits, each of which may include topical enzyme treatment for up to two pet-accident spots; two bottles of Spot Out! spotter delivered within 10 business days of purchase; and carpet protector on traffic lanes (up to 200 square feet) applied during your next carpet cleaning with us.
6. Requesting a visit. Text a photo of the spot to or call the office. Visits are scheduled Monday through Friday. A visit counts as used when a technician is dispatched.
7. Not covered. Pet urine (Standard program), bleach, burns, dye transfer, permanent damage, subsurface or pad contamination, and areas larger than 3 spot areas or whole rooms. When a request exceeds coverage, the technician treats the three largest areas and provides a quote for the rest; unused-visit credit may be applied toward that quote when our zone minimum is met.
8. Never-lose credit. Each unused visit converts to $80 of in-home area-rug cleaning (up to 160 square feet per visit at our on-site rate) performed during your next carpet cleaning at our normal zone minimum, booked before the program expires and completed within 30 days after expiration. In-home only, measured and photographed in front of you, never a separate trip, not redeemable for cash. Specialty rugs are inspected first; the credit’s dollar value applies toward the specialty quote.
9. Guarantee vs. program. Spots that reappear (wick back) within 10 days of a cleaning are handled under our satisfaction guarantee and are never counted as a program visit.
10. Member perks. Priority scheduling; 10% off add-on services booked during the membership (upholstery, area rugs, tile & grout, carpet protector); your next carpet cleaning at the current year’s rate; and one additional spot visit for each referred household that completes a cleaning. Perks are not combinable with seasonal, referral, or other offers.
11. Founding price. Members who join during the founding window keep their founding price on each consecutive annual renewal.
12. Refunds. Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no visit has been used. No refunds after 7 days or after a visit has been dispatched.
13. Payments. One-time payment processed securely by Stripe. Mighty Services LLC, doing business as Mighty Clean Carpet Care, Centreville, Virginia.
